This customer loved her out door space but was very frustrated with year after year of peeling stain. In 2016 she finally had enough and decided that instead of chemically stripping the deck, sanding it and applying a new stain that would only last 1-2 years she would replace the cedar decking with an ultra low maintenance decking option.
She called MyDeck.ca and together we went over a variety of options for her to choose from. She decided she liked the combination of Trex Transcend Havana Gold along with Trex Transcend Spiced Rum. MyDeck.ca removed her existing deck and made some structural improvements to her current deck. We also rebuilt all her stairs to ensure they could support the additional weight of composite , added beautiful recessed lights and built a custom privacy screen made of Trex Transcend Decking in the same colour scheme as her deck. The finished Trex Deck Resurface turned out beautiful and the client couldn’t be more pleased.
