The old balcony was starting to show its age with peeling stain and wood rot in some of the deck bourds. Instead of repairing the deck and having to constantly sand and stain on a year to year basis the homeowner choose to replace with beautiful low maintenance composite Trex Transcend decking. Trex offers a 25 year warranty that never has to be sanded or stained and gives a deck a high end polished look. The homeowner choose Trex Transcend Spiced Rum as the main colour but then complemented with Trex Transcend Rope swing for the boarder and for the custom benches.
