Project Details
These Riverside south homeowner’s contacted MyDeck.ca in early spring 2015. They were looking to create an outdoor living area that would accommodate their family and friends, add value to their property without the pain and hassle of staining. MyDeck.ca and the homeowners collaborated on the design and decided on a three tier design. MyDeck.ca handled all the permit process and to ensure the foundation was built to last decided to go with TechnoMetal Post Helical piles. All MyDeck.ca composite decks are upgraded from 16 inch on centre to 12 inch on centre to help ensure the composite decking remained level over time.
The decking chosen was a combination of Trex Spiced Rum with Trex Beach Dune. A hottub pad was built and the homeowners selected a beautiful Hottub from Purewater Total Home Leisure. The cherry on top was the beautiful lighting in all of the stairs. All the deck lighting consisted of Trex recessed lighting.
